Hey, a common question I've been seeing and hearing a lot lately is one related to the topic of how to deal with SPF alignment for alias domains in Google Workspace. An alias domain is where you map a second email domain on top of your existing one, and Google allows you to send and receive mail to/from alias addresses at the new domain. It works well, but there's a limitation in how they've implemented SPF specific to alias domains and people often assume problem or failure where they shouldn't.

So, in my Valimail "Ask Al" video for today, I explain exactly what that limitation is and what you need to know about using alias and secondary domains in Google Workspace, and why lack of SPF alignment is not a failure. View it above or find it here on Youtube.
